The problem
Our own website was a contact form. Enquiries that arrived at night or over the weekend waited until someone checked the inbox, the same lost-lead problem we warn clients about.
What we built
Lou, an AI agent trained on our business knowledge. It answers questions about our services and pricing, asks follow-up questions before treating anyone as a lead, checks our real Google Calendar, books confirmed consultations, and sends every lead to our database, a Google Sheet and our inbox.
The result
Live around the clock on loukama.com. It re-checks every slot before booking, so it never double-books, and it's the working model for every agent we build for clients.

The problem
TehilJem had an old website that no longer matched a growing real estate business. Their team needed to publish new properties themselves and keep track of every enquiry in one place.
What we built
A new real estate platform with a property listings system their own team manages from a private dashboard, enquiry forms that send leads straight into that dashboard, a Realtor Hub for partner agents, and a blog.

The problem
No website at all. Every booking came through WhatsApp, so new customers had no way to see the services or prices before sending a message.
What we built
Their first website: home, office and industrial cleaning packages with clear prices, an instant price estimator, booking on WhatsApp, a blog and a careers page for new cleaners.

The PandaMath abacus maths game with its practice abacus and global leaderboard

PandaMath

The problem
Abacus training builds real number sense in children, but classes cost tens of thousands of naira a term and need weekly travel, so most families can't keep it up.
What we built
A browser-based abacus maths game with a practice abacus, 40 progressive levels and a nickname-only global leaderboard. No download, the first three levels are free, and the rest unlock with a one-time ₦4,000 payment through Paystack.
The result
Live at arcade.loukama.com, with children already competing on its global leaderboard. We designed it, built it and run it ourselves.
